The Battery at Truist Park

This is a $400 million mixed use development located on 74 acres and connected to the new Braves Baseball Stadium located in Cobb County of Atlanta, Georgia.
It could include 630,000 square feet of class A office space, 500,000 square feet of retail, 450 hotel rooms, and 500 residences.
The Braves Partnership plans to open the project along with the new $622 million, 41,500 seat ballpark stadium.

Madison Yards

This dynamic mixed-use project is located at 905 Memorial Drive along the two-mile stretch east of the Downtown connector in Atlanta. The 17 acre redevelopment of the Leggett & Platt site is bordered by intown dense and trendy neighborhoods of Reynolds Town, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward & Grant Park. The project sits on the future extension of the Atlanta Beltline's Eastside Trail.
The proposed 156,000 sf of retail & restaurant space will be anchored by a grocery store, a theater, a health club, loft office space, 329 conventional units, 168 Senior units, and 21 townhomes. Retail space along the Beltline will feature two-sided glass storefronts. Parking will be provided in multiple on site parking decks.

Lindbergh Place is a high density mix-use transit oriented development located in the heart of the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, across from the MARTA station.
