This dynamic, mixed-use project is located at 905 Memorial Drive along the two-mile stretch east of the Downtown connector in Atlanta and is anchored by Publix and AMC. The 17-acre redevelopment site is bordered by intown neighborhoods of Reynolds Town, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward & Grant Park. The asset sits in the middle of the Memorial Drive corridor, which has seen 2,164 multi-family units delivered in the last 5 years. Since 2016, the multifamily rent has grown 14% for a current effective rent of $2.17 PSF. In total, there has been $1.5BN in development along Memorial Drive.
